I got a few preview copies of my November release, A Great Kisser, in my hot little hands and would love for them to be in your hot little hands. Coming this week is More MAC as Our Shows start to premiere. I will try to keep up, but I’m thinking with DWTS, SYTYCD, Survivor, Project Runway, Top Chef AND (Emmy again winning) Amazing Phil–er, Race all running their fall seasons AT THE SAME TIME, that for my sanity, and that of my editor, who would really like this book turned in on time and doesn’t really care if Russell is evil or whether Gnome Kevin is the best chef…I will have to be pick-n-choosy on what I MAC about any given week. I’ll probably go with whichever one inspires me to rant–er, disseminate my views with an understated eloquence. Okay. Rant. (Like anyone would buy the other anyway, even if I could pull it off. Which I SO could. Hey…I heard that.)
In the meantime, DISH! Who is already afraid their DVR will balk? Or simply meltdown? Me!!
I’m really looking forward to tonight’s season premiere of DWTS. Can’t wait to watch Amazing Race on Sunday, too. I’m going to try not to look up spoilers for these shows this season (or any other reality show that I watch). It’s so hard, though.
My DVR is probably going to melt down or explode. My poor DVR has to keep up with recordings for 4 of us and there really isn’t enough space for all of our recordings. I alone have DWTS, SYTYCD, NCIS, NCIS:LA, and possibly Bones. I’m thinking that I may not be able to watch Bones and either DWTS or SYTYCD this season. There simply isn’t enough time to job hunt, watch TV, and take night classes. So sad!
I had to bump one of my husband’s shows off the list so that my DD and I could be sure to get the premiere of DWTS! (I uh, ignored the pointed glare he sent my way ;))
