I’m thrilled to be able to announce the three finalists in The Original Cupcake Recipe contest!

There were entries from all over the country, and as far away as The Netherlands! It was a very tough job, they all looked incredibly yummy, but I whittled the entries down to six (it was all I could do to decide that much!) then wheedled my fabulous editor (and fellow baker!) Alicia Condon into assisting on cutting the list down to the final three. So many great recipes to choose from! Samples of all three cupcake recipes will be shipped out to Amazon.com headquarters in Seattle and they will decide who the winner is! (That will be a fun business meeting to attend!) We’ll be announcing the winner on June 30th!

I’ll be in contact with you directly if I’m going to use your submitted recipe, to get your okay, and let you know when it will be featured on the site.

All of the finalists will receive signed advance copies of both the first two Cupcake Club Romances; SUGAR RUSH, available this December 27, and SWEET STUFF - which will feature the winning recipe!! - out on January 27.

And! Any future blog participant, will also receive a signed advance copy of one of the Cupcake Club Romance series.
