Monday MAC and a wee bit o’ SHaQ!
So, on Men in Trees, we lose Cash (sob, sniff!) but with hope he’ll return. We get Plow Guy back, even if ever-so-briefly, with no sight of Jane as yet. Celia comes to terms with dating a younger man (love them.) Mario comes to terms with loving George (glad he’s back, too.) Mai’s cousin comes to visit (and wow, how did they find an actress who sounds JUST like her? Spooky.) But mostly I’m still loving that Lynn is gone. Really loving that.
Also, what I love is that Cash and Marin live together as roommates and he’s smokin hot, but everyone in town assumes that with Lynn gone, that it’s Marin and Jack who will be together. No one even attempts to think that Marin and Cash might have something going on. Hunh. And while Jack’s voice is something else, I gotta admit that Cash has it all over him in the alpha hot department.
Next week, ABC has moved to the show to 8pm. Which is good in that now I can tape that and Vegas, but bad in that, just how hot can this romance get at 8pm people? I ask you, why can’t ABC just leave this poor show alone? I don’t have high hopes for its longevity. Sigh. However, the preview for next week? Hilarious! I laughed out loud at the mud wrestler.

So, my Mountaineers whipped Rutgers. My Ben and his Steelers beat the Bengals. We won’t talk about the Redskins (ouch! Spank!) and Boston takes the World Series in a commanding sweep. But most importantly? Amazing Race and My Phil comes back this Sunday night! WOO HOO!!!! I cannot even wait.

I missed MIT again! Halloween costume party! I’m not all that thrilled about the 8PM timeslot, either. Got to get the VCR (I’m still in the stone ages) hooked back up to tape it.

I am totally bummed about MIT @ 8:00. When the PTB start moving shows around like that, it usually means the kiss o’ death. However, I did manage to see the entire episode last Friday, which was a first so far for me this season! And Donna, I completely agree about the Cash vs. Jack hotness factor.
If we could just give Jack’s voice to Cash and throw in Plow Guy’s personality….wow.
That would be the ultimate to me! I have to confess, I was pathetically pleased with the small dose of Plow Guy that we did get.
