It’s Friday, snow is on its way…and I have to curl up with a book. Unfortunately, it’s mine! (Really kills all the suspense since I know how it ends.) I hope all you Blog Babes are having a good Friday!

So, last night on Survivor, it was Family Visit Night. There were a few parts that made me go hmmmm. Courtney’s dad is a proper Brit who doesn’t do shorts, even in the tropics. Interesting family dynamic there. Todd’s sister tells him that his baby sister miscarried her baby and everyone else calls Jonny Fairplay on him…only I actually believed him. Maybe I’m the dummy, I dunno. However, the Courtney Commentary on the whole thing did, admittedly, crack me up. As did her telling Probst to stuff it during his consistently annoying “during the task” commentary for reward. However, boy do I hope they feel bad if Todd’s sister was being on the up and up!

Denise and her hubby are adorable and win reward. Amanda and her sister use really annoying bird calls to totally lose reward. And Denise doesn’t choose Pei Ghe to go with them on reward, even though she took Denise on the Best Reward Ever.

There is a lot of posturing, a really exhausting immunity challenge where Pei Ghe once again saves her behind by winning, and, ultimately, though they try to get Todd out, it’s Erik going home to the surprise of no one.

In other news, Survivor’s next season will start early - in February! - because of the writer’s strike. The rumor is it’s another All Star version, with a cast chosen from seasons that have aired since the first All Star season, so no repeats. And! Maybe James is one of the All Stars. I would love that. And a first ever winter/spring version of Big Brother will also begin airing in February. (Who can get off for three months in the winter? I almost shudder to see this cast.) Also…maybe another Amazing Race will come out way early, too. Whee!

Also? Time to announce this week’s SHaQ Attack winner. The question was: what is the name of the company started by my first three Black Sheep heroes? Answer? Trinity, Inc. Winning Blog Babe? That would be Nathalie!! Woo hoo!!!
